Award-winning actress Cate Blanchett looks stunning at 39. When asked about getting plastic surgery in the near future, Cate has told Glamour magazine with strong conviction that she would never consider going under the knife to boost her looks.

"I see someone's face, someone's body who has had children, and I think they're the song lines of your experience, and why would you want to eradicate that?"

Cate is convinced that wrinkles reflect a person’s experiences in life so they ought to stay and be one’s crowning glory or something. Cate Blanchett, a mother of three who has just turned 39, insists that she is proud of her imperfections and would never consider turning to surgery to fix them.

Statistics coming from three of the largest cosmetic surgery chains in United Kingdom reveals that almost 600 teenagers underwent breast augmentation last year. Transform, one of the largest chains of cosmetic surgery clinics in the U.K. reported a five-fold increase in the last few years.

However, though the number is quite impressive, Lorraine Ishak, clinical director of Transform said that the figure would have been larger if the surgeons were not wise enough to reject several requests.

It has already been reported that Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston had a nose surgery on January 20, 2008. However, Aniston’s rep denied the rumor saying that the actress just had a minor operation to correct her deviated septum, which was incorrectly done 12 years ago. .

However, a plastic surgeon who hasn’t operated on Aniston says that it looks like the actress has really undergone a cosmetic surgery procedure.

She told the press about her past surgery on the lower eyes when she was still 35. She said that she underwent surgery after a certain cameraman made a comment about her too 'puffy' eyes. Triggered by all the legal and medical troubles that have been laid open in public, Dr. Jan Adams has now spoken up and to defend himself from all the allegations surrounding the death of Donda West, Kanye West’s Mom.

Dr. Adams told the Los Angeles Times that Donda West most likely succumb to a heart attack, a pulmonary embolism or an accidental overdose of painkillers following her November 9 breast reduction, tummy tuck, and liposuction surgeries.
