Award-winning actress Cate Blanchett looks stunning at 39. When asked about getting plastic surgery in the near future, Cate has told Glamour magazine with strong conviction that she would never consider going under the knife to boost her looks.

"I see someone's face, someone's body who has had children, and I think they're the song lines of your experience, and why would you want to eradicate that?"

Cate is convinced that wrinkles reflect a person’s experiences in life so they ought to stay and be one’s crowning glory or something. Cate Blanchett, a mother of three who has just turned 39, insists that she is proud of her imperfections and would never consider turning to surgery to fix them.

"Death is not going to be any easier just because your face can't move."

It will be interesting to hear what Cate says about this when she approaches 50.

Cate is right at her place, but it is not with everybody. Everyone wants to look good today. No one can stand wrinkles. Therefore they go for different kind of surgical treatments. If you want to know more about modern surgery services, visit Plastic Surgery in Dallas.

    Don't Hate, Cate

I find it so funny when beautiful women trash beauty procedures. It's like a man without legs saying people are foolish for wanting shoes. I work with a Naples cosmetic surgery practice and as you should expect the office sees people from all walks of life. Cosmetic surgery isn't all about shallow housewives or old people trying to cheat death. It's much more nuanced than that. Death may not be easier because your face can't move, but life can be a lot better if you feel more confident about your looks and can enjoy your body the way you want it to be. I think we should have the freedom to define the "song of our experience" the way we want it to be.
