Supermodel Cindy Crawford isn’t ashamed to admit that she had a little cosmetic surgery done in order to maintain her beautiful complexion. This is after her claim that a miracle mixture of ground coffee and olive oil has always been there to make her skin look gorgeous. Whatever happened to Cindy in between these remarks for her come out in the open and stop lying is something that we should be grateful of. Honesty sets you free and I guess Cindy is enjoying the freedom and publicity right after her admission.

Crawford told Gala magazine: "I owe the quality of my skin to my cosmetic surgeon. I'm not going to lie to myself, past a certain age, creams work on the texture of your skin but, in order to restore elasticity, all I can really count on is vitamin injections, Botox and collagen." [Tonight]

Now everyone’s waiting for the other celebrities to imitate Cindy’s bravery and get out in the open. Besides, lying about plastic surgery doesn’t really do them good since their breast implants and nose jobs are all displayed in glorious splendor in their every public appearance.

Furthermore, being ashamed of something that has helped you a lot to make you beautiful is an act suited for ingrates alone. It is quite irksome to know that celebs only turn to plastic surgery when they need something fixed and turn their backs on it when the media requires them to tell the truth.

Well at least Cindy has given them something to think over and that’s all that matters as of the moment.

As a male I do not like a woman with breast implants. It is very easy to realize whe a woman has implants instead of natural breast. Even more, implants are very unnatural lookind. They are globulous instead of the conic looking of the best women breast. If you have a doubt look to any good marble sculture. The models were women untouched.

I love your comment about how it's wrong to be ashamed of something that makes you beautiful. But there's a limit these celebrities are willing to go to. It's pretty acceptable now to talk about how you had a little medspa work done, but most of the body procedures are still taboo. It's rare for an actress to admit that she's had breast enhancement, for instance. I work with a pair of Santa Rosa breast augmentation surgeons and while they generally aren't going to have celebrities as patients, I think it's important for those in the beauty business in particular to be honest about their surgical choices.
