Courtney Love finally realizes that plastic surgery doesn’t work for her. I mean her huge lips didn’t actually make her attractive. Add drugs and alcohol into the picture and you’ll get a heavily plasticized greasy white woman.

So to start the year right, Courtney decided to get her plastic surgery makeovers reversed. Yeah, like getting plastic surgery to reverse the effects of her previous plastic surgery. She wanted to get her old look back. She wants to look more natural.

The former Hole singer - who allegedly flew to Paris just before Christmas to see a surgeon who specializes in fixing botched cosmetic surgery - appeared at the premiere of "Freedom Writers" on Thursday night with downsized lips and a widened nose.

An onlooker told Us Weekly magazine, "She looked swollen and was covered in makeup to hide the effects of the surgery."

When asked about the changes in her appearance, Love said, "I'm not going to comment on that tonight. I just think me looking human is cool."

Another source said, "She is happy to have her mouth back, but she doesn't want to talk about it. She doesn't want to talk about it. She wants the swelling to go down and for people not to tell."

She vowed, "No more surgery for any reason, other than medical, until I really need it in my 60's."

Good thinking Courtney. Getting plastic surgery is not bad as long as the results would really make one look a lot better. But this is not the case with Courtney I suppose. She even believed that she didn’t look human at all.
