According to Irish Independent, the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland (BCI) will allow a number of controversial products to advertise - including cosmetic surgeries. In the UK, there are a host of television programmes dedicated to looking younger and anti-ageing treatments, including "Ten Years Younger", "Extreme Makeover" and "Celebrity Surgery.
