That’s a million-dollar question that still needs a definite answer from Courteney Cox herself. But while the ‘Dirt’ star is currently not around to give clarifications, let us allow her latest photos to give us some clues.

The pictures show that the 42-year-old actress has fuller breasts that greatly improve her overall physical appearance. This set of beautiful knockers has helped perpetuate rumors that the actress had breast implants.

People close to the actress denied the rumors, saying that she just had a customary weight gain. However, many aren’t convinced with the weight gain excuse since there have always been rumors that Cox could not possibly have full breasts on such a skinny body frame without cosmetic surgery intervention. Add to the fact that her breasts continue to defy gravity even after giving birth to her daughter Coco.

In fairness to Courteney, she looks lovely with her current bust line. In fact, if she ever had breast augmentation in the past, her plastic surgeon has done a very good job. He did it so well that Courtney’s chest looks very natural and in proportion to her body size. It if would have been otherwise, then there’s no reason for all of us to get confused whether or not she had implants. The artificial look would have given us the answers long ago.

Courteney’s openness to plastic surgery is one of the reasons why this breast augmentation rumors abound. She said before that she believes that plastic surgery is good in moderation. As long it looks natural and it makes one feel better, there’s no reason not to get cosmetic surgery.

“A lot of people are overdoing Botox, but I think everything in moderation is fine. If it looks natural and it makes you feel better, do it,” said Cox in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar in 2004.

Honestly, I don't care if she had breast augmentation or not. Maybe because I work with a plastic surgeon who performs breast augmentation in Naples. All I know is that she looks great (to me), and it sounds like she feels great. She must be doing something right, because she did better than the cast of Friends both before and after the show... with the exception of maybe Jennifer Aniston. So, did she C a boob job? Probably, but look, I lived in Hollywood for a while, and the town's obsessed with youth, so I can tell you that it's tough for actresses to find work as they age. It's harder to live with yourself if you're unhappy. Go Courteney! I've seen a lot of breasts and they look great.

I honestly feel like Courteney did get a boob job. Her weight gain does not seem drastic enough to give her those set of knockers. Who knows though. There's actually a discussion on this at the Breast Implants USA forum. There's a bunch of mixed views.
