The plastic surgery TV series was created by Ryan Murphy for FX Networks. The show follows the lives of two plastic surgeons, Sean McNamara played by Dylan Walsh and Christian Troy played by Julian McMahon. During the first four seasons, the show was set in Miami, but then moved to L.A.

Many patients swear by the effectiveness of Botox or Restylane but their big problem was the pain. This is why Dr. Mark Steven Nestor, a dermatologist, recommends the use of a new anesthetic called Pliaglis. Pliaglis was approved just recently by the FDA. It is an anesthetic that combines high concentrations of two commonly used topical anesthetics. When it's spread on, it forms a gel-like mask that releases the anesthesia.
