Jennifer Aniston gets a nose job

Jennifer Aniston was recently spotted exiting a cosmetic surgery center on January 20, covering her nose. The actress allegedly consulted Dr. Raj Kanodia, a famous Beverly Hills plastic surgeon who also performed rhinoplasty on Ashlee Simpson and Cameron Diaz.

US Weekly Online has more details:

In the early morning hours of January 20, one day after taping a guest spot on pal Courteney Cox's new series Dirt, Aniston's driver dropped her off at Kanodia’s office in Beverly Hills.

The actress emerged four hours later, but instead of her usual golden glow, she sported fresh black-and-blue bruises along her right eyebrow and across the tip of her nose and upper lip.

Aniston’s rep confirms the operation. “Jennifer had a procedure done to correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago,” he tells Us Weekly.

A source close to the ‘Friends’ actress also commented that Jen has hated her nose ever since her first nose job, saying how lousy it was and that it was still too wide for her.

Jen is nowhere to be found as of the moment, and is reportedly in hiding while recuperating from the operation.

Oh wait, her rep confirmed it, okay. Hey, seriously, good for her. Her nose wasn't completely working for her, cosmetically or functionally, so she got it fixed. I'm no doctor (and I don't play one on TV), but I work from time to time with one here who performs a lot of New York rhinoplasty, and it's amazing the difference a "nose job" can make, whether it's fixing a breathing problem or allowing ones other facial features to finally shine. I think Jennifer's got a good head on her shoulders. So many TV stars get type cast and we never see them again, but she seems to consistently get pretty good projects, and while she might have had a nose job and revision rhinoplasty, she's obvioously not one of those celebs who is addicted to plastic surgery.
