  Julio Iglesias did not feel contentment after telling the whole world that plastic surgery is dangerous. Now, he is trying to release the remaining stress left of his past plastic surgery endeavors and is now saying that he deeply regrets having plastic surgery in the first place.

  The celebrated crooner insists that going under the knife was the "worst thing" he's ever done in his life. The singing legend admits he had plastic surgery on his face six years ago to tighten his jaw line, but now regrets the operation.

  He says, "It was the worst thing that I did in my life. I think plastic surgery is something you have to do in a very correct way, a very delicate way, because you can change your expressions.

  The 63-year-old star admits he had his jawline tightened up several years ago, but he has ruled out further work because he wants to keep his famous Latin looks. The procedure was a small operation to tighten up his jawline, which he says he wouldn’t recommend at all. He added that plastic surgery can be dangerous especially if your surgeon doesn’t know you well enough so you might end up not looking like you.

  Despite the bad experience, the Latin balladeer refuses to rule out further plastic surgery in the future, adding, "If you ask me if I would do it again, yes, I would do it again - but with a better surgeon!"

  Now that explains why he wasn’t satisfied with his first cosmetic surgery encounter.
