The Cinderella Story star’s breasts appear to be getting bigger and bigger by the month and people are speculating that Hilary might have undergone a breast enlargement surgery to increase her breast size. It can be noted that Hilary Duff has really grown to be one hot woman as evidenced by her sexy pictorials in men’s magazines such as FHM or Maxim for that matter. Her recent movie War, Inc. even managed to show her sexy slutty side.

Sand, who is quite infamous for her Lucite stripper shoes, appears to have had a breast augmentation surgery in the past. Judging from her 33-inch D breast size with a 98-pound-5-foot-4-inch frame, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to tell that the bulk of her breast is most likely breast implants. And a botched breast implant procedure at that, judging from the way her nipples look freaky, which was reportedly caused by the removal of her nipples to insert the implants and were not put back correctly.

This is why Dr. Mark Steven Nestor, a dermatologist, recommends the use of a new anesthetic called Pliaglis. Pliaglis was approved just recently by the FDA. It is an anesthetic that combines high concentrations of two commonly used topical anesthetics. When it's spread on, it forms a gel-like mask that releases the anesthesia.
