Kate Beckinsale hates cosmetic surgery

    One of the world’s most gorgeous actresses hates cosmetic surgery. Kate Beckinsale, the star of vampire-oriented films Underworld and Van Helsing, told Britain’s Sunday Express magazine that she thinks cosmetic surgery is selfish. And that she would hate anyone to think that she is shallow enough to have plastic surgery.

    The Bosh delivers the goods:

    Kate told Britain's Sunday Express magazine: "Nothing bothers me except the connotations of being a person who would have plastic surgery.

    “That implies a kind of insecurity, shallowness and thoughtlessness that I don't feel applies to me very much.”

    The Bosh also quoted Beckinsale saying that she hates looking old. If that’s the case, then Kate needs to find the fountain of youth fast or else she would end up hating herself when she gets old. That is, if she is really serious about not having some work done in the future. That’s something that remains to be seen though.

    When you’re young and flawless, you see things this way, but then wrinkles and jowls start to appear, you might have to change some of your perspectives. This is something that Kate must have missed. Now, the world is waiting for Kate to take her words back in due time. We’ll be watching.
