Kate Winslet slams plastic surgery

    Another actress says she is not going to have plastic surgery in the future. Kate Winslet, best known for her role in the blockbuster film Titanic, tells the public that she wants to grow old naturally and doesn’t plan on getting plastic surgery. By saying so, she has placed herself on the same ground as Diane Lane, Kate Beckinsale, and Kevin Costner.

    CareFair has this to say:

    Titanic star Kate Winslet wants to grow old without the benefit of cosmetic surgery. In a recent interview the British actress said although not knowing much about cosmetic surgery she knew it wasn’t something she planned on doing as she wants her face to move as she grows older.

    The 31-year old mother of two is best known for her role as Rose in the 1997 blockbuster Titanic, but she has also appeared in movies such as Heavenly Creatures, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Finding Neverland. Winslet is currently starring with Cameron Diaz, Jude Law and Jack Black in The Holiday.

    Well, again and again, as long as they stand on their words, there won’t be any problem. Everyone has his own choice. What makes it weird though is that celebs who slam plastic surgery might think they are better than their counterparts who have already done makeovers to improve their looks. Vanity at work in a different from? Maybe. Maybe not.

    Most people who do plastic surgery look fine before the surgery. Look at these: http://plasticsergeant.com. Were these people ugly before plastic surgery? However, they are not stratified with their look, so they go under the knife even it is dangerous procedures;
    Anesthesia , infection, bleeding, and shock etc... Plastic surgeries should only be performed on those who need facial reconstruction after traumatic events
