People labeling other people as weaklings, have low self-esteem or lazy because of their choices need to take a look at this article from Tiger Weekly and get some more encouragement.
It is not surprising to read about something like this. The image of cosmetic surgery has been tarnished with vanity and luxury that sometimes it is hard to really think that getting cosmetic surgery is really beneficial and necessary.
Of course, there are instances when a dazzling woman would want to try to reverse the signs of aging and opt for a facelift or a Botox to address the problem. Perhaps, she would also be treated the same way that others who have multiple surgeries done on their bodies. It seems that though the public has become more aware of the impact of cosmetic surgery, some folks still do find the concept disgusting.
One of the readers of the articles has this to say about the issue:
Most people don’t have cosmetic surgery INSTEAD of weight loss or excersize. That is a MYTH. I had abdominoplasty to correct disfigurement from 2 cesarean sections, which left my belly with two cheeks (yes, like a butt). God did not give me a butt on my belly. Cosmetic surgery can be, and often is, corrective surgery.
And for people who have lost tremendous amounts of weight via DIET AND EXCERSIZE (and lots of un-lazy HARD WORK) wind up with extra skin that is not just unsightly, it can cause health issues (infection, chaffing, etc).
It’s easy to sit there and say that everyone, or even most, who have cosmetic procedures just have low self esteem and are lazy. In actuality, that is only true of a minority.
The reader’s view might also be the same with those who have had plastic surgery and who have been unfairly judged.
