Now, it has been realized and Brigitte has undergone surgery while the cameras are rolling. The Danish actress and model told doctors to "make a Barbie doll out me," suggesting that she is willing to undergo several surgical procedures in order to, well, look like a Barbie doll. Dr. Gerhard Sattler started the operation by giving viewers of “Turning Old Into New” a glimpse of what a surgical procedure looks like. The first was liposuction procedure. Sattler let TV viewers see an up-close-and-personal look at the operation while he was extracting liters of fat from Nielsen’s thighs, hips, and love handles. To add to the thrill, Nielsen was fully awake the whole time.

A recent announcement from the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) says that withholding oral intake of food in patients after a tummy tuck is not anymore necessary. In fact, feeding the patients earlier could allow for a quicker discharge after surgery.

Furthermore, they also found out that blocking this chemical can prevent the development of fat.
