  Yes, you read it right. The “hung up” singer-actress is open for plastic surgery, especially when sagging shall become evident in her super-firm body.

  If it is necessary to maintain her beauty, Madonna won’t hesitate to undergo plastic surgery. However, it would be long before that plan would be realized since Madonna always makes it sure that she takes care of her body properly.

That may be hard to believe considering that Madonna is one of those folks who constantly reinvent themselves. She must have done something to maintain her current looks.
