Mark Wahlberg is one tough Boston guy and he seems to be really quite tough on his stand about celebrities getting plastic surgery to delay aging. The ‘Shooter’ star says he will never have surgery even if his looks fade as he gets older. The 35-year-old actor also stressed that he cannot understand why people are trying to combat aging through cosmetic surgery.

In a BANG Showbiz interview, Mark Wahlberg said: “I wouldn’t consider surgery. I can see how people get caught up in it and I hope to learn from their mistakes. Because their facial features are falling off and I don’t want that.”

Wahlberg actually looks forward to growing old. That’s quite a striking contrast to what the other celebrities have in mind. He even wishes he could actually fast forward and be 65 years old already. It’s only because of his children that he changed his mind about that.

Mark Wahlberg is very much comfortable in his own skin and is looking forward to aging naturally without plastic surgery.

“I embrace getting older and I’m really comfortable right now. I feel more mature. Life is beautiful as you get older.”

It is okay to make claims as long as you can stand up to it. The world will be waiting for Wahlberg to grow old with all those wrinkles hanging on his face, checking if he wouldn’t mind anything at all. But I think Mark is up to the challenge. He is the type of guy who has already made up his mind and would never back down when the times comes that he has to prove his worth. He would rather let aging take its toll on his face and body than undergo cosmetic enhancement.
