  One of the most beautiful actresses in Hollywood is amazingly very open about plastic surgery. I am talking about Scarlett Johansson – the girl whom Playboy considers the sexiest woman in the world today.

  Johansson is far from needing any plastic surgery work even in the near distant future, but the 21-year old actress already has a stand on the issue of celebrities getting plastic surgery makeovers. She bluntly said that she believes in plastic surgery and that she is open to the idea of going under the knife when wrinkles and jowls start to appear.

  Contatmusic.com quoted her as saying: ‘I will definitely have plastic surgery - I don’t want to become an old hag! I think if you’re comfortable with yourself that’s sexy, but if you’re not then go for it.’

  Justin Timberlake’s rumored girlfriend took the road less traveled by admitting that plastic surgery is a possibility should the need arise when the aging process starts its onslaught on her amazing features.

  Johansson’s honest statements just prove that she is really very comfortable with herself. Her remarks about beauty just suit her well. “But I think if you’re comfortable with yourself then that’s sexy. Maybe people think that I look sexy because I feel sexy,” she added.
