Women want Restylane for Christmas

  Cosmetic surgery answers asked women what cosmetic surgery makeover they want for Christmas. And the result? 38% of the website visitors named Restylane as the cosmetic treatment they would most like to receive as a present this yuletide season.

  Restylane is made in Sweden, and claims over 3 million treatments since 1996. It is becoming more and more popular, as this survey shows. So popular in fact that it got double the votes of Botox, which polled 16% of the vote. Breast enhancement was the second most popular treatment, attracting 27% of readers polled, and liposuction came in fourth behind Botox, with 13%.

  Restylane is a crystal-clear, biodegradable NASHA (Non-Animal Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid) gel, which is injected into the dermis in tiny amounts with a very fine needle. It is intended for correcting wrinkles and folds, shaping facial contours and augmenting the lips.

  The results show that Restylane is even more popular than Botox treatment, contrary to popular belief. It also shows that minimally invasive procedures are at their peak as of the moment as more and more people prefer getting them than their surgical counterparts.
